I bought an e-gift card and ultimately the order was cancelled with very little explanation. I chatted with customer service who told me that the order was cancelled because I didn’t provide a shipping address. I explained it was an e-gift so a shipping address was needed and I wasn’t asked for one. At that point she had no idea why it was cancelled albeit would escalate it “due to the nature of the issue”. The whole interaction was silly and disappointing. Customer service should be able to determine why an order was cancelled and/or if there is an issue with my account
