Everything I've bought from here has been so pretty! Their stores in malls have a really cute atmosphere to them too, with their cute encouraging messages on the mirrors and such. I also love how they have been so inclusive and diverse with their models for years now. Their customer service is very nice, some of the nicer ones I've dealt with for sure, they don't sound like bots talking to you at all and are actually helpful!
