Appalling.The website clearly states that Aerie will cover customs and duty fees for French delivery.This is not the case as I have received in the mail, a bill for customs and duty fees.Aerie lie.I have contacted their customer service on numerous occasions. Customer service refuse to take the matter in hand and sort this out directly with FedEx. They refuse to contact FedEx directly, even though I have copied in FedEx to my emails and the address is clearly visible in the scanned documentation.This should not be my problem.Sort it out. Will never purchase from them again.
