They told me the product would be covered by my insurance, shipped it to me, and later sent me a bill when the insurance refused to pay. They never verified my coverage before sending the items, and now they expect me to pay for their mistake.When I offered to return the unopened products, they told me I had to pay for return shipping myself. I spent two months emailing them asking for a simple prepaid return label so I could send everything back unused.Instead of sending a label that would cost a few dollars, they chose to spend hours emailing back and forth while insisting I pay. Very frustrating and unprofessional experience. I strongly recommend getting supplies from another company. At this point I honestly wouldn’t even trust that if I paid to ship the items back myself they wouldn’t claim they never received them.
