They told me the product would be covered by my insurance, shipped it to me, and later sent me a bill when the insurance refused to pay. They never verified my coverage before sending the items, and now they expect me to pay for their mistake.

When I offered to return the unopened products, they told me I had to pay for return shipping myself. I spent two months emailing them asking for a simple prepaid return label so I could send everything back unused.

Instead of sending a label that would cost a few dollars, they chose to spend hours emailing back and forth while insisting I pay. Very frustrating and unprofessional experience. I strongly recommend getting supplies from another company.

At this point I honestly wouldn’t even trust that if I paid to ship the items back myself they wouldn’t claim they never received them.

Terrible experience with these people,

Terrible experience with these people,They said my insurance was covered and sent me a free breast pump (which i thought was free) then later sent me a $200.00 bill for it and then reported to the debt collector, I will never get anything from this company.

After a few months they promised free replacement parts to customer so I canceled my order with eufy. It’s been 21 days and they still haven’t sent out the replacement part and when you contact customer service they’re just like oh well if you have another breast pump well give you replacement pumps for it but we’re out of stock on eufy. That’s a long time to be out of stock

Terrible Communication - Never Received Product

I applied for a breastpump in January and spent months calling to follow up and being told that my representative, Katie Coffey, would call me back which she never did. Finally, while in preterm labor in March I received notice from Aeroflow that my insurance no longer covers Breastpumps unless baby is in NICU or it is medically necessary to pump. I understand the change in insurance terms is out of Aeroflow's control, however I am very disappointed in my Aeroflow experience as the pump was authorized to be sent out in December but Aeroflow & my representative failed to respond to my inquiries or take prompt action which unnecessarily stalled the process by three months. We could have had the pump by now if the company and representative acted when they were supposed to. Finally, when I vocalized this frustration to Katie she completely ignored my email correspondence. I would not go through Aeroflow again.

Customer Service is the worst

Customer Service is the worst. I ordered the Elvie through them thinking I wasn’t going to be an avid pumper and was going to mostly breastfeed and only pump at work. From the beginning I had to call to follow up on each step. Then little surprise my baby was born at 33 weeks 2 days. That changed things a bit for my pumping needs. I received my pump the same day I ended up giving birth. I called to exchange it and again have had to call everyday to follow up on the next step to keep the process going. They say they are going to respond and they don’t. Even management reads from a script and is unhelpful. If your insurance gives you different options don’t buy from them go somewhere else!!!

Find a better company to use

As a first-time mom, this company has been the WORST to deal with. Getting my pump was easy, but getting supplies from you guys has been an issue every month. I was told I was eligible for more breastmilk storage bags every 30 days. If I place an order at the 30 day mark, but then you guys delay processing and shipping by two plus weeks, you've now pushed my 30 day reorder by two weeks and I now run out of bags, because my new order hasn't come in yet, and I have to go out to the store and buy bags out of pocket. This is an issue every month!Today was the final straw with this company! I placed an order at the end of July for bags. August 11th I call again and get told that my order couldn't be processed until that day. August 27th my order finally ships. My order is delivered September 3rd and it includes breast pump parts that I didn't order and are in the wrong size so I cannot use them. I call customer service to inquire about returning them since I have no use for them, and I am told that I can return them and have the transaction reversed from my insurance, but I have to pay to ship them back! This is YOUR mess up, why do I have to pay to fix it!

I don't find them to be as friendly or…

I don't find them to be as friendly or helpful as other brands that provide insurance covered breast-pumps. I had an issue with the new pump they mailed me and they literally do nothing to help besides brush you off to the bump manufacturer. I tried getting in touch with the manufacturer as per their instructions and was not able to get help so I reached back out to them and was basically told "Unfortunately we are unable to assist in warranty matters without you first going through the manufacturer. You will need to contact Medela directly and they will be able to further assist you." so thats' zero effort to help a customer. In addition when you place orders with them they tell you that you can get 300 Milk storage bags through your insurance, which means your insurance pays for it... except they don't allow you to pick the brand of the bags you get claiming "Unfortunately we cannot place orders for a specific milk storage bag. Our warehouse sends out milk storage bags based on what we have on hand. We are currently shipping Motif Brand milk storage bags." ( This again is via the chat on their website). I think that's shady because this company is getting paid thanks to your insurance and who knows what they are claiming on their end. I just don't feel good ordering through them especially since the customer care is so lacking. They truly need better training to help new moms with issues with the products they send out. All of this bump gear is already so stressful... its better when you work with companies who will make your life easier and be professional and willing to help answer question, much unlike Aeroflow.

Said I could get a breast pump for free…

Said I could get a breast pump for free with my insurance they sent me a breast pump and literally two months later tried to bill me ? Which I don’t understand because they told me it was free. So they’re liars! Would never recommend.
