I applied for a breastpump in January and spent months calling to follow up and being told that my representative, Katie Coffey, would call me back which she never did. Finally, while in preterm labor in March I received notice from Aeroflow that my insurance no longer covers Breastpumps unless baby is in NICU or it is medically necessary to pump. I understand the change in insurance terms is out of Aeroflow's control, however I am very disappointed in my Aeroflow experience as the pump was authorized to be sent out in December but Aeroflow & my representative failed to respond to my inquiries or take prompt action which unnecessarily stalled the process by three months. We could have had the pump by now if the company and representative acted when they were supposed to. Finally, when I vocalized this frustration to Katie she completely ignored my email correspondence. I would not go through Aeroflow again.
