Horrible. Flight was delayed 30 mins at a time until we were informed there was no plane for our destination. Flight was suppose to be at 3pm waited until 8 pm to be told the plane is still delayed getting here. When I asked if I could upgrade my seats since others had moved flights the lady said no, not possible. She didn’t even look nor say sorry that we’ve been sitting in the airport all day on our honeymoon. Terrible customer service given the circumstances. Not to mention their app is horrible, old and they do not update it at all when things happen. This was the el Calafate airport. DISAPPOINTED. United or delta would’ve tried to do something to make this right.
