They re-scheduled my flight for 24h later, then I had to buy another ticket to reach my final destination (I paid 200€) they only wanted to refund me with one voucher of 25€. I will never use this airline again. The whole process of the claim has to be through the website, I didn't have a phone to call, it's exhausting, I even contacted ANAC, but they can't do anything. Avoid this airline!
