We had the worst experience with Aeromexico twice in less than 3 months.Traveling from Europe to Mexico often and I’m never gonna fly with Aeromexico again.First we were changing our flight dates (we bought a flexible ticket) and then we had to change departure airport, so after some work they pushed a voucher on us and not a refund even though they say we can get that online, then as we try to get a refund they denied us.We later then decided to buy a ticket for the voucher but buy a flexible ticket so we could change it, their system apparently doesn’t allow that, so all they see is a ticket that we can’t change or get a voucher for.Now Aeromexico has officially just told us to live with it, and we have lost 900 USD and we are never gonna use them again.Crazy part is we are Gold members of FlyingBlue and have never had any issues with their partners.
