It was non-functional right from the moment we received it. The seller refused to send a working replacement even after confirmation of return via postage. This is despite having an additional warranty that claims they would replace lost items—what a letdown. It's already difficult to get them to respond to issues with a faulty item initially, let alone if one were to be lost!
