This is despite an additional warranty claiming they would replace lost items—what a disappointment. It’s already hard to get them to address issues with a faulty item initially, let alone if one gets lost!

Used it three times for just 15 minutes. Encountered gimbal errors and tried everything to fix it, but nothing worked. To their credit, the support team was quick to respond. However, I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of returning it, so I ended up discarding it. I feel for those who may struggle financially and have to navigate the warranty process.
Incredibly easy to operate and powerful enough to carry a live bait 200 meters offshore. I recently caught an 18kg Spanish mackerel on Fraser Island, which was a dream catch for me from land. It handles well even in fresh winds, and the return-to-home feature is very helpful. The camera is an added bonus.
Six weeks after delivery, a new unit was released without any notification to me. Every time I emailed, I received replies from unresponsive contacts. No solutions have been offered. I am very dissatisfied and cannot recommend this company due to their poor principles and customer service.
The support team is amazing! The drone is a powerful tool! I can't find fault with it at all; I’ve had a few minor issues mainly due to user error, but the support team was quick to assist. Their responses are timely, and they are always ready to help! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a fishing drone or a solid camera drone—10/10! 👌👌👌
I received my drone about six weeks ago, and it has been nothing but trouble. I contacted support, who acknowledged the issue and mentioned a new update was coming. However, when I followed up, they delayed the timeline again. I’m struggling to find out how to return it; I feel like I’ve wasted $1600. I would advise against purchasing one unless you’re prepared for potential issues they can't resolve.
