I had a very unsatisfactory experience with this shuttle service from a regional airport to the city. I bought a ticket but accidentally selected the wrong airport. I contacted the support team within half an hour of my purchase, with the trip scheduled for the next day. I clearly explained my situation and requested a refund since the service had not been used. They refused, stating that refunds are not allowed according to their policies. This response shows a complete lack of customer care. When a customer promptly reports a mistake and has not utilized the service, denying a refund or solution is neither reasonable nor humane. Simply hiding behind “terms and conditions” is not good customer support, and some policies can be unfair or even contrary to basic consumer rights. Good service is not just about rules — it’s about how you treat people. Unfortunately, this company showed no flexibility, understanding, or respect for its customers. I would not recommend this service due to their poor treatment of clients.
