My family and I had come to Paris for three days of rest over the weekend, and when we were supposed to return to Cagliari (at Beauvais Airport), and we were at security, a member of staff threw away my little sister's dental medicine (which was quite expensive), even though we had explained the situation to her, and she mercilessly threw it away as if nothing had happened. Furthermore, when we were in Paris, my mother had bought a cream, also very expensive, and they threw that away, even though we had shown the receipt. It wasn't a pleasant experience at all because the other times when we left they didn't say anything to us, while this time they threw it away without any understanding. The security staff was very arrogant and completely incomprehensible.

Quality service is not only about regulations — it’s about how you treat individuals. Unfortunately, this company demonstrated a lack of flexibility, understanding, and respect for its clients. I would not suggest this service due to their inadequate treatment of customers.

Insufficient staff in all areas for the number of customers leads to a stressful atmosphere. There's a lack of adequate seating in departure areas, and the restrooms are appalling, filthy, and without seats! This is the worst airport I've ever visited, and it seems to be the same every time. It's confusing considering they must be generating significant income from the high volume of travelers.
My family and I traveled to the airport, and it was overall a pleasant experience. I rated it 4 stars mainly because it is far from the city, but that's reflected in the pricing. We were able to skip the lines as my family member uses a walker, which was a nice touch. The walker was even waiting for us outside the plane upon landing, which was a nice surprise. Security was efficient, although they were strict about liquids. If you follow the instructions, you’ll get through quickly. However, it was a bit puzzling why they scheduled multiple flights to leave at the same time, leading to long lines at the boarding pass check. Thankfully, it moved quickly. The staff was friendly, and I would consider flying from this airport again if I visit the city. Pre-booking an Uber allowed us to reach the city in under 1.5 hours, which passed quickly. I recommend this airport and can't understand the negative feedback, but this was just my personal experience.
My experience was terrible; I arrived at the airport at 8 PM only to find it closed. We were asked to leave, and the next flight was at 6 AM. There was nowhere to store our luggage, and the only nearby hotel had rooms starting at €100. We were left to wait outside for 6 hours until it reopened.
This airport has the worst security staff I've ever encountered, particularly the older individuals who seem to mock passengers and lack professionalism. I find it hard to believe that a country like this can present such a third-world image through its airport.
