I reached out to the support team within half an hour of my purchase, with the trip scheduled for the following day. I clearly communicated my situation and requested a refund since the service had not been utilized. They declined my request, stating that refunds are prohibited according to their policies. This response reflects a complete disregard for customer care. When a customer quickly reports an error and has not used the service, denying a refund or any resolution is neither fair nor compassionate. Merely relying on “terms and conditions” does not constitute good customer support, and such policies can sometimes be unreasonable or even violate basic consumer rights. Quality service is not only about regulations — it’s about how you treat individuals. Unfortunately, this company demonstrated a lack of flexibility, understanding, and respect for its clients. I would not suggest this service due to their inadequate treatment of customers.
