I ordered three t-shirts through a promotion, totaling about $30. When the package arrived, one shirt was the wrong size. I contacted the customer service team to exchange it, but they said I could return it for an $8 refund, requiring me to reorder three shirts to get that price, despite it being their mistake. I just wanted the correct size I ordered. They don't have a proper exchange policy. This was my first experience with the company, and it's already been negative. I ended up giving the incorrectly sized shirt away since they sent me a small instead of the medium I ordered. I won't be buying from them again.
