Disappointing Experience with My Order

I ordered three t-shirts through their promotion of buy one, get two free, totaling around $30. Upon receiving the package, I found that one of the shirts was the wrong size. I reached out to the customer service team to request an exchange for the correct size. They informed me that I could return it for an $8 refund, but I'd need to reorder three shirts to get that price, despite it being their error. I simply wanted the size I originally ordered. They lack a proper exchange system. This was my first experience ordering from the company, and it has already been negative. I decided to give the incorrectly sized shirt away since they sent me a small instead of the medium I ordered. I won't be purchasing from them again.

Extremely Frustrating Experience

What a distressing experience! My family and I visited a mall and decided to shop at the store. After waiting to check out, the cashier abruptly left for a bathroom break. When my brother was checking out, there were issues with the register, and the cashier's comments were inappropriate. After the alarm went off as he was leaving, the supposed manager handled the situation poorly and showed no concern for our experience. When it was my turn, the cashier didn't even ask for my email and the manager was dismissive. This was a very disappointing shopping experience.
