I placed an order for a barreled action in October as a retail customer, but I was never informed that it was oversold/out of stock. After a month of waiting, I complained, and after significant effort through emails and phone calls, I was told a refund would be processed via check. Nearly three months later, I still haven't received my refund or any response about the status. I strongly advise against this company; while they may produce decent products, their service is unworthy of your money. There are many other reputable manufacturers out there. As a former dealer, I can say that their customer service has always been problematic.
