I ordered a barreled action in October as a retail customer, but I was never informed that it was oversold or out of stock. After a month of waiting, I finally reached out to complain, and after countless emails and phone calls, I was told a refund would be issued via check. Now, nearly three months later, I still haven't received my refund or any update via email for the past two weeks. I strongly advise against this company; while their products may be decent, they don't deserve your money. There are many other reliable manufacturers out there. Having been a dealer for them for years, I can say that their customer service has always been problematic. Consider another brand, you'll thank me later.

By Wednesday, it hadn't shipped yet, but I was informed it had already been dispatched. I received the tracking number on Thursday and discovered it was shipped via a method I didn't choose, despite paying for a faster option. When I requested a refund for the difference, I was told the shipping method was more expensive, which was false. I verified the costs myself.
Exercise caution with this company. They frequently advertise items as in stock, especially during sales, yet fail to mention that there may be a delay of 7-10 weeks in fulfillment. While I appreciate the quality, I cannot tolerate the deceit, and I will not purchase from this company again. There are plenty of quality manufacturers that do not engage in such practices.
This company has become absolutely terrible. Their customer service is essentially nonexistent. Processing orders takes an unreasonably long time, and if you happen to receive your order, consider yourself lucky. As a long-time dealer, I will never buy from them again. I strongly suggest opting for other brands, as the hassle isn't worth it.

This company misrepresents their processing times, claiming 6-10 days, which is completely false. After two days of waiting to reach someone by phone, I learned it actually takes 6-8 weeks. I advise against purchasing from this company, as it seems they are more interested in misleading customers.

I couldn't reach customer service by phone for months. Upon receiving the kit, I discovered the lower receiver was a solid color, not matching the other parts. I'm unsure if this was an error or intentional, but if this is how they are handling orders now, I won't order again. This has been a major disappointment.
