I was a loyal customer for a long time, proud of using quality parts for my builds. While I'm not a high-volume buyer, I've invested significantly in their products. However, the quality has declined, and their customer service has always been a bit rocky. Recently, I've spent a lot on multiple builds but have received only one incorrect barrel and no communication. I've tried reaching out numerous times with no success. I feel like I've wasted a lot of money without a clear outcome. I wish I didn't have to write this review.
