Having ordered from this company for a decade, I placed a build kit order in October 2024. I finally received it in March 2025 with no updates throughout the waiting period. I couldn't reach customer service by phone for months. Upon receiving the kit, I discovered the lower receiver was a solid color, not matching the other parts. I'm unsure if this was an error or intentional, but if this is how they are handling orders now, I won't order again. This has been a major disappointment.
