Instead, it was only applied to the cheapest items, resulting in minimal savings. Customer service confirmed they wouldn’t adjust it, even though placing two separate orders would have provided a better discount at no extra cost to them. This feels illogical and not very customer-friendly. Overall, a disappointing experience.
