Frustrating order and customer support experience

I ordered a set of fragrances from a platform on December 3rd after facing challenges with a discount code. I received daily shipping updates claiming my order would arrive 'today,' but it never did. Even after canceling my order three times, I continued receiving emails for a month without any delivery. The customer service team promised to send something for the inconvenience and said they would call to confirm, but weeks have passed with no communication. I faced issues with their support even before this situation. I won't attempt to purchase from them again.

Aery scents are simply the best!

Aery has become my favorite brand for fragrances! The scents are long-lasting and the ingredients are fantastic. Everything about their products is delightful, including the branding. It makes you want to pick everything up and take a whiff! The website is a pleasure to navigate, making for a pleasant shopping experience, and I often find great sales. My top picks are the Sleep Mist and Happy Space :) I will always choose Aery for my home and they make wonderful gifts too!

This brand has won my heart

I am truly fond of this brand; I was a loyal customer of another company until I discovered this one in a charming shop. Their fragrances are incredible, unlike anything I've encountered before. My only complaint is that they have stopped selling individual oil bottles, which is unfortunate, as I use them in my diffuser when guests visit, and they always ask about the scent and brand. I really hope they bring these back.

Lovely products, but delivery could improve

I purchased two hand washes that are wonderful. However, the delivery was delayed on the first day and then redelivered. Despite requiring a signature, it was left at my doorstep without one.

Not suitable for me

I ordered a Persian Thyme diffuser for the first time, attracted by the lovely ceramic container without branding. Unfortunately, after setting it up for just half an hour, I started experiencing a headache. As a migraine sufferer, strong smells are a trigger, especially synthetic scents. The company indicated they use both essential and fragrance oils and offered me a discount for another fragrance. But why would I try another if they don't use solely essential oils? They mentioned my choice was one of the stronger fragrances, suggesting I try a more subtle one, but I won’t risk another migraine. I'm done with their products; artificial scents just aren't for me. It's going in the trash, a waste of £40. There are better alternatives available.

Frustrating promotion experience

The '3 for 2' promotion encouraged me to purchase more than I initially intended. I ordered three candles and three hand creams, expecting the discount to apply evenly. Instead, it was only applied to the cheapest items, resulting in minimal savings. Customer service confirmed they wouldn’t adjust it, even though placing two separate orders would have provided a better discount at no extra cost to them. This feels illogical and not very customer-friendly. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Disappointing diffuser purchase

I bought a ‘before sleep’ Aery diffuser for over £30, expecting the aromatherapy scents to help with my sleep. It’s placed by my bed, yet I can barely smell it. I'm quite disappointed.

Disheartening experience with candles

I purchased two candles and two diffuser oils; the packaging is excellent for both. The oils are lovely and perform well. However, the candles smell great in the box but have little to no scent when lit. They struggle to create an even melt pool and are tunneling. The wick seems too small for the candle's size, indicating insufficient testing during manufacturing. Overall, an expensive yet ineffective candle—I won't buy again!
