I placed an order for a needle on December 16th, 2025 04:41AM, and have still not received it. Despite multiple attempts to contact you via email and WhatsApp, I have received no response. Payment was taken, yet the product has not been delivered.In the past, orders from your company were fulfilled in a timely manner, and needles were included with product purchases. I understand that needles are now sold separately, which is inconvenient but something I accepted when placing this order. What is not acceptable is the lack of communication and failure to supply an item that has already been paid for.At this point, I am concerned about why I am being ignored and whether your business is still operating. I am requesting either an immediate refund or prompt delivery of the item I purchased.Please address this matter as soon as possible.
