I placed an order for a needle on December 16th, 2025 04:41AM, and have still not received it. Despite multiple attempts to contact you via email and WhatsApp, I have received no response. Payment was taken, yet the product has not been delivered.
In the past, orders from your company were fulfilled in a timely manner, and needles were included with product purchases. I understand that needles are now sold separately, which is inconvenient but something I accepted when placing this order. What is not acceptable is the lack of communication and failure to supply an item that has already been paid for.
At this point, I am concerned about why I am being ignored and whether your business is still operating. I am requesting either an immediate refund or prompt delivery of the item I purchased.
Please address this matter as soon as possible.

Placed a number of orders over the past 6 weeks and paid next day delivery, not one of these arrived as specified. I am still awaiting contact from an order i placed on 20th May and still not received my items. complete radio silence from the company and their telephone number is inactive. I have lost out on so much money as ive had to cancel clients. The service and contact has been awful.....very dissapointed.
I placed the big order on 20 may 2025 in next day delivery and it’s been 4 days not received still and no one responding on WhatsApp like there is not reaching my text there … emailed on both email address mentioned on website, how were no answer there too ,what’s going on , can someone help me whome to contact. Is this scam or what . How can these people even get permit to sell in United Kingdom if this is the way they treat their customer not answering email not delivering order not providing tracking number.
Always used this company. Made an order just over a month ago for next day delivery. That never showed up. Sent them emails and WhatsApps for a refund. No answer at all. This means they still have my money. Their website is now down. They were my go to company and i never had an issue before. But this is a big one. Not even an apology. If they go up again, I can't trust them. Shame really.
I placed an order on 11th April, paid £22 for next day delivery. Parcel wasn’t delivered, I spoke to Chloe who refunded the delivery charge and said the systems had an issue and it was affecting stock, but the parcel would be with me within the week. It’s now the 28th April, still no parcel, no update. I’ve tried calling the main office and a WhatsApp contact, no answer / not even ringing. I’m left wondering if the company is even operational anymore.
