They make it seem like the items ship from a local location, but they actually come from a distant country. It took over a month to arrive. They showed little concern for damaged packaging or delivery times. The picture quality was poor, and the bracelet itself felt flimsy and cheap. I’m really disappointed and won’t be giving this to my daughter!
