Echoing everything here: Total scam, no product delivery & my tracking # is now “not found” at the site. The item was a little cross stitching album that may or may not exist. Completely fraudulent theft.
I actually tried to find a similar item on Etsy before purchasing from the ad, because I worried something like this would happen from an unknown site/company. Buyer beware: check.
If anyone can point me to an Etsy seller, I’m still looking for a cross stitching instructional album. 🙂

This company operates in a deceptive manner. I ordered two necklaces with my late son's name for myself and his sister. The tracking number arrived first, but it took weeks to reach my country. After almost two weeks, it got to the address but was returned due to a supposed wrong address, even though I double-checked and it was correct. My attempts to contact them for assistance went unanswered, and I became increasingly frustrated. This was a very emotional time for me, and I would never recommend this service to anyone.

This is the worst experience I’ve had! I should have checked reviews before placing a large order. I've been trying to contact them for four days without any response. This is especially frustrating as I wanted to create memories of our beloved pet for my children.
