I bought a bracelet for my sister for Christmas and after the second time of wearing it, still in January, she noticed the bead with the photo in it had dropped out. (The photo in the bead wasn’t perfect either, it had a black line running through the picture that was not on my original) Having tried to contact them 4 times via their website messaging platform, they have never replied. I’m still getting bombarded with offers and promotions but nothing to try and put right what they already sold me. Don’t buy from these people.
