As of December 22, the tracking information indicates that the postal service is still waiting for the item. I reached out to customer service multiple times, where representatives claimed it was the postal service's fault, even stating that the post office is closed on Saturdays. If there isn't any resolution soon, I will consider disputing the charge with my credit card company.
