Unsatisfactory shipping and unhelpful customer service. I placed an order for insoles on December 11. As of December 22, the tracking information indicates that the postal service is still waiting for the item. I reached out to customer service multiple times, where representatives claimed it was the postal service's fault, even stating that the post office is closed on Saturdays. If there isn't any resolution soon, I will consider disputing the charge with my credit card company.

I placed an order with no rush delivery expected within 4-10 business days. The order shipped promptly, but I encountered a delay with no updates until my order was returned to the company's headquarters after no delivery attempt was made. The support team confirmed my correct address and promised a follow-up, yet the next communication stated my item was undeliverable and the boots I ordered were sold out, leading to a refund. I feel extremely disappointed and will advise my doctor to recommend shopping in-store only, as this has been one of my worst online shopping experiences.

1. Product: The insoles lack comfort, and the metatarsal pad's placement increases pressure and pain. It's disappointing since it's marketed as orthotic, but it doesn't seem to understand foot anatomy. I’ve tried other brands, and this one caused my metatarsal pain. If you want to worsen your condition, I would suggest purchasing from them. 2. Returns/service: They claim to offer hassle-free returns, but there's a restocking fee. Many places provide full refunds for great products, making this not a risk-free purchase. I provided several chances for resolution, but they were unhelpful and dismissive. I will happily take my business elsewhere.

Non-Existent Customer Service

The customer service is lacking! I ordered a pair of sneakers in early May, but they were too small. After returning them for a larger size, I found them too big. I repeatedly called for a return shipping label for the second pair, but after almost a month, I still haven't received it or a refund. Each follow-up call revealed that my case was passed around without resolution. This has been the worst customer service experience I've encountered.

Disappointed by Quality

I am very disappointed with the quality; the flip flops broke apart within a few months. After spending a significant amount, they didn't even last a year. Customer service is also unwilling to acknowledge their mistake or provide a replacement.

The website states 24-48 hours for processing, yet it took 5 business days. I chose no rush delivery, which should take 3-7 days, but it's been 8 days with no tracking updates for the last 4. There's no estimated arrival for my significant purchase. Be cautious, as recourse seems limited if packages go missing. I won't be ordering from this brand again.
