Each time I was assured it was resolved, I submitted my pay stub and bank statement showing my checks being deposited, as my job doesn't offer direct deposit. However, I received another denial letter because they mistakenly thought I was in the military, despite neither my son nor I being in the service. Last Friday, they submitted a ticket to correct that error, yet I received another denial claiming my income doesn't meet the requirements. I know I earn over 3100 from my checks, but when I followed up, the information I received last week contradicted what I was told previously. The customer service representative even argued with me about it. If your company isn't willing to give me a chance, then please stop sending me application materials.
