Tried to apply, gave my info out,all of a sudden “site under maintenance” now when I try to do it again that’s all I’m told “site under maintenance” “please try again later” total online scam in my opinion
I gave it two stars because her customer service is actually quite awesome. But I wanted to give it one star because when you sign up, it gives you a amount that they're willing to give you. But if you attach your debit card to it, the amount for me slightly over doubled. And it was well scripted in saying that if I added my debit card that was the amount I would receive. They already had my bank account. But, I only got the first offer. And now they have my debit card anyway. So be very cautious of these people. When they offer you a higher price to add your debit card. You're not guaranteed that. And then they will have your debit card as well as everything else. Your social security number your bank information and now your card. These loan companies are very predatory these days. They always have been but today it is insane.
Avoid Advance Financial at all costs if you are in an emergency. I specifically selected 'Instant Funding' for my loan, expecting the money to hit my debit card immediately. Instead of notifying me that the debit card transfer failed or giving me a prompt to cancel, their system automatically defaulted to a standard ACH checking deposit without my consent.
I called them literally one minute after the loan went through to fix their error, and they flat-out told me they 'couldn't do anything.' Now, my money is trapped in a 2-5 business day banking limbo while my account is sitting at -$400. Because they didn't have the decency to show a 'Transfer Failed' message, I'm now facing hundreds of dollars in overdraft fees and have no way to access the funds I'm paying interest on. Their 'Instant Cash' claim is a total lie designed to trap you. Use a physical storefront instead.
This company is acting unethically; I only took what I needed and believed that paying a certain amount every two weeks would keep the price stable. However, they continue to raise the price weekly. Now, I owe over $1,000, which I can't afford alongside my work income and bills. This company needs to halt their weekly interest rate increases.
I've been trying to secure a loan over the past week and have made more than six calls due to issues with my income. Each time I was assured it was resolved, I submitted my pay stub and bank statement showing my checks being deposited, as my job doesn't offer direct deposit. However, I received another denial letter because they mistakenly thought I was in the military, despite neither my son nor I being in the service. Last Friday, they submitted a ticket to correct that error, yet I received another denial claiming my income doesn't meet the requirements. I know I earn over 3100 from my checks, but when I followed up, the information I received last week contradicted what I was told previously. The customer service representative even argued with me about it. If your company isn't willing to give me a chance, then please stop sending me application materials.

She understood my needs and provided outstanding service, guiding me through the necessary information and staying with me until the documents arrived in the recommended email. I just want to say how amazing she is. This was the best experience I've had with the service.
I kept calling because I was unable to set up my account despite following all the instructions. I still have no account and can't access the funds I need. After work, I went to the store and learned there was a glitch that needed fixing. I wish the representatives I spoke to had informed me of this.
