The shoes when they were dispatched were delivered quickly.When I ordered them at the end of June, it said they were in stock I received a call a week later saying that they tried to contact me via email (nothing showed up) to let me know that they were out of stock and were on back order.They offered me a refund or I could wait a couple of weeks for them to arrive and then they would ship them, I opted to wait as I can’t get them anywhere else.I phoned on the 8th August (a month later) to chase up where the items were and they said that they would contact the company to get an accurate timeframe for the delivery and let me know. I emailed them on the 20th as I’d heard nothing and then with no response, I had a dispatch notification on the 21st and they were delivered the following day, almost 2 months since originally ordering them!Overall, they tried to keep me in the loop initially but then it felt like I was forgotten and had to do the chasing to get the product I ordered.
