I’m really disappointed with my experience so far.
I ordered a pair of boots from A Farley because the delivery time was advertised as 2–4 days and the reviews suggested their service was reliable and quick. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case at all.
It’s now been several days with no dispatch update or communication. I contacted the chatbot and was told they are busy and it could be another week before they’re sent out.
This is frustrating because I actually need the boots for daily use — my feet are literally getting soaked every day waiting for them. If the delivery time was going to be much longer, that should have been made clear before purchase so I could have ordered elsewhere.
Good reviews and advertised delivery times are what persuaded me to buy, but the reality has not matched expectations.
I hope they improve communication and dispatch times going forward, but at the moment I can’t recommend based on my experience
