Bought a stunningly beautiful ottomon I had been looking for awhile..it matches my sectional perfectly..I was very impressed with the shipping it arrived wrapped in cardboard and totally wrapped tight with plastic wrap , no damage, water stains ..plus they do free shipping ..I will shop here again
I strongly advise against engaging with this service. My experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered four counter-height stools labeled as "natural dark walnut," but only received three with a painted brown finish. When I raised this issue, the support team informed me that I would incur return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. The representative was confrontational and insisted that the fee would still apply despite the item being misrepresented.
The information provided about shipping taking 3-5 days was misleading when I placed my order. I reached out to inquire about the product's status, especially since I would be out of town and was worried about its arrival. After contacting them, the status was updated to "on its way" in the platform, but there are no actual shipping updates available. Honestly, I find their communication to be deceptive.
Delivery services states you will be charged of you are not there for the delivery. We took time off to be there for a delivery and they didn't even bother to communicate. Where is our reimbursement??? We have ordered 3 times from AFA and this delivery has gone down hill.
