It's the second design I order

It's the second design I make with them. The result es very nice. This time they didn't send me the mock up, and that's why I give 4 stars. Everything went well, but I would have preferred to have the design before producing to avoid mistakes. I would for sure order again from them

My sign came out great! Neonoen reached out with a design shortly after I placed my order to show me what it would look like before proceeding. Advised that based on text style that I would have to purchase the larger size which seemed legit.

Just received my light for my wedding

Just received my light for my wedding, everything was perfect and the remote dimmer works perfectly. There was a small scratch near the top on the backside of the plastic but it’s barely noticeable up close.

I love my neon

I love my neon. The comunication with them was smooth. They attend my modifications and suggestions after they send the mock-up.I chose mirror finish and it looks nice. People love it.I asked for the WiFi controller, but I shouldn't. I finally bought another led driver compatible with Alexa, so the basic one would had been OK.
