AFA Stores claims a “30-day return policy to make your shopping experience convenient and stress-free”, but don’t believe it. The table we received was not the color advertised, and the wrong color was even confirmed by the manufacturer. Yet it has been 42 days since the issue was reported, and as of today, no information on how to return the table and no information on being refunded has been received from the AFA Claims Group. The Claims Group just keeps offering a discount to keep the table (4 times!). The president of the company has been included on the communications, and he has done nothing as well.I have since submitted a dispute with my credit card company to get this resolved. Clearly, this company does not stand behind what it advertises. Lesson learned: There are more reputable stores to purchase from.
