The pre-trip briefing from the office team was also very informative and helped set the right expectations.I also opted for additional tours to Dresden and Salzburg, which were very well-organized and added great value to my trip. As a solo traveler, I truly appreciated the sense of security and companionship throughout—I always felt I was in safe hands with the agency’s staff and fellow travelers.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this experience and will definitely be returning to this agency for my future holidays.
