I had a pleasant experience due to the representative, who provided a wealth of information repeatedly, making it easy to retain everything. By the end of the trip, I had many good memories associated with this experience.
We ventured through Jordan during the Eid Al Etihad holidays from 29th November to 3rd December 2025 with a group tour organized by a travel service. Right from the start, a representative was incredibly supportive—providing detailed itinerary information and patiently addressing all our questions, which made for a seamless travel experience. The holiday was thoughtfully planned, including all the essential sights of Jordan such as Amman, Petra, Wadi Rum, and the Dead Sea within a brief trip. This was our first experience with this travel service and it was truly memorable, guided by a knowledgeable and insightful guide who enriched our journey with fascinating stories. Overall, it was a well-coordinated trip that left us with lasting memories of Jordan’s beauty and culture, alongside 27 fellow travelers. Winter is an ideal time to visit, and we highly recommend experiencing a bubble tent stay at Wadi Rum to fully enjoy the desert night sky and the dawn light.
I have previously used the service for various tour packages, and while most were satisfactory, this trip was a complete letdown. It felt like a total waste of money. The hotel lacked air conditioning and fans, and we couldn't open the windows. Each night was unbearable, although one staff member was very helpful with translations and managing food deliveries. The local tour vehicle was in poor condition, lacking an audio system and proper air conditioning, with an elderly driver who was unmotivated, making it a waste of time. We were supposed to see ice, but there was nothing—just a complete disappointment. The restaurant we visited was the worst I’ve encountered, far from acceptable, and the street food area felt unsanitary and neglected.

Our guide was the highlight of the trip, taking care of everyone with a humble and sincere demeanor, always with a smile. However, the overall tour felt a bit rushed, and I would suggest spending more time in each city to fully appreciate the culture. One of the hotels was run-down, with poor infrastructure and unfriendly staff. The Wi-Fi was non-functional, and I urge the service to address this for future tours. On the bright side, we made wonderful new friends among our fellow travelers.
