Overall, the finding a good price for a crossing is very good. But I find it frustrating that, making a regular crossing, I have to keep inputting my details manually - even on one trip twice for the outward and return journeys. Also, the app doesn't seem to work. Having just made a booking it doesn't show up on the app. Finally, I hate dealing with Chatbots.
