I ordered a pair of shoes that turned out to be too small. I immediately ordered a new pair, but I have been waiting for weeks to receive my refund. The return had to be sent to France using a label from the website. The tracking information indicates it was delivered, but customer service claims otherwise and has not initiated an investigation.The handling of returns is very poor. I have been waiting for my money for weeks. Due to the poor customer service, I will not be shopping here again.
