Ordered 24th, trainers arrived 29th in the UK only to be met with a £103.72 import charge! I know this isn't the company's fault but the response when I've tried to contact customer service is abysmal. Automated reply of 'your order has been shipped' completely ignoring what I had wrote.Would of been nice to have been notified at the checkout of possible import charges an the option to pay it there and then.If your from the UK be warned, the import fees are absolutely disgraceful.
