When it arrived to country destination we had customs issues and when I contacted them they took there time investigating it and provided the documents to customs too late resulting in order returning back. Then they couldn't even find the return and I had to wait a few more days and when it arrived the sneakers had some tear above the laces, Customer service is slow and take ages to contact you back, sneakers are abit damaged and it's just a long process to return for a exchange I ordered these before Christmas and I received finally on the 23rd
