I ordered shoes Oct 8 . They were set to be delivered Oct 11, but Oct 11 fed ex marked the package as delayed and I have created a ticket . It has now been 9 days and I have 0 answers . I have repeatedly asked a few store for a refund even tho I will lose all the duty fees I paid to import to canada . Fed ex claiming the package they shipped is empty. What ever happened to the shipment I could care less, but the fact that fed ex or a few has not got back to me with ANSWERSA with a ticket open for 9 days is completely and utterly UNNACCEPTABLE . if this company is reputable they will make a point to contact fed ex and resolve my situation , until then my review will remain 1 star and I will never be using their services again . So far they have made 0 effort to make this right. Just email me telling Me to keep waiting ......well iam not waiting any longer . Iam over it . Awful customer service from this shop . Fed ex is a whole differnt story , also not happy with them . As of now iam out a pair of shoes and all the duty fees I've paid with 0 confidence this will be resolved . Thanks guys for the worst online shopping experience I have ever had . More than a two sentence update would be alot nicer than being told to wait . I want my money back or the shoes reshipped it is pretty simple . And if they get reshipped they better be DDP . DUTIES PAID . so I don't loose more money I cannot afford to flush down the toilet.
