I ordered a pair of shoes from Afew. The package arrived empty with no signs of tampering. I reported this immediately to Afew customer service. They spent a week asking me for more photos and even insisted that I travel to the courrier’s office to request a report. I provided this to them and they still refused to refund me. This is terrible customer service. Best-in-class e-commerce vendors would immediately refund a customer for an order that went missing. Afew kept coming up with things I had to do in the hope that I would give up. Even though I did everything that they asked, they still kept my money. They should not be in the e-commerce business if they are not willing to compensate customers when something goes wrong with their own logistics. I would give them 0 stars here if I could.
