They say my email addr does not work with their platform. I was instructed to get a new email acct so I can use the program. I don’t think I should have to manage multiple email accounts and don’t wish to pay for a program that requires this of their customers. It should have been addressed prior to accepting payment. I’ve requested refund three times. 7/2/25 Update: After posting this review I was contacted via email informing me that my payment was being refunded. I appreciate that they recognized the service could not be provided and sent me my money back.
