I registered for a service in October 2025, believing I was making a one-time payment of about 35 EUR for relationship advice materials. In November, I discovered that I had been charged four additional times, totaling 113.41 EUR, without my consent. Their subscription process is confusing and deceptive. They claimed I had approved weekly and monthly plans, which I did not intend to buy. When I contacted support, they denied my refund request, citing a '14-day policy.' They should have refunded a significant portion of my November charges, but they did not. The content they provide consists of low-quality, generic PDF guides easily found online. I've already contacted my bank for a chargeback, and I share this to help others avoid similar issues. Be wary — this subscription model is obscured by fine print and confusing payment processes.
I had my first coaching session with a representative, and it was a great experience. Much of the session involved discussing my concerns, but the feedback I received was incredibly helpful. I also gained several new insights that truly made a difference. I'll definitely be scheduling another appointment soon!

Although I didn't use the subscription for long, I found the app helpful for communicating with a 'friend' and it set us on the right path. I canceled my subscription after a few months of inactivity, and the process was very straightforward! I simply sent an email, and the response was immediate without any pressure to continue. I may consider reactivating it in the future when I need support again.
