They should have refunded a significant portion of my November charges, but they did not. The content they provide consists of low-quality, generic PDF guides easily found online. I've already contacted my bank for a chargeback, and I share this to help others avoid similar issues. Be wary — this subscription model is obscured by fine print and confusing payment processes.
