Public Relations and Administrative Improvements Needed

It's evident that the training provider needs to improve its public relations and administrative efficiency. They consistently take an excessive amount of time to return results for assignments and to schedule practical sessions or exams. As a student in the electrical course, I've experienced the inconsistencies and hurdles mentioned in other reviews. However, it's not fair to place all the blame on the provider. Every individual enrolling should understand the risks involved. Pursuing this path requires patience, and the return on investment may not always be immediate. Many view these courses as a step toward better qualifications and higher-paying jobs, which is commendable. I've learned to embrace these challenges with patience and professionalism. After months of building trust, I now hold an ECS Electrical Worker's card, which is a vital first step in my career. It's clear that the provider is not a scam, but success requires significant effort from students. Additionally, I believe it's crucial for them to enhance communication with students to foster trust and improve customer service.

The Most Unprofessional Company

This is the most unprofessional and unreliable company imaginable. They waste your time and delay everything to extract money from you; it's akin to being robbed. Avoid them completely, as everything they promise is a lie. They claim you can complete your course in under three years, which is false. They took about eight months to schedule my exam and then another five months for another one, with every booking fraught with issues despite me being up to date on payments. Their customer service is arrogant, rude, and unhelpful.

Challenges, Responsibility, and Growth

It's clear that the training provider needs to enhance its public relations and administrative processes. The organization often takes too long to return results for assignments and to schedule practical sessions or exams. As a student in the electrical program, I've faced the inconsistencies and administrative challenges noted in other feedback. However, it's not entirely fair to place all the blame on the provider. Every student, regardless of their chosen path, must recognize that they are investing their time and money into a venture with its own risks. I believe that undertaking such a journey requires patience and an understanding that the return may not always be immediate. Many see these courses as a strategic route to better qualifications and higher-paying jobs, which is a commendable goal for those looking to enhance their lives. I've learned to face these challenges by being patient and engaging with the organization in a professional manner. After months of building trust, I now hold an ECS Electrical Worker's card, which, while requiring supervision, is an important step in my career. It's evident that the provider is not a "scam". However, achieving success demands considerable effort from students. Moreover, I think it's essential for the organization to improve communication with students through calls or personalized emails, as effective communication can greatly enhance student success, build trust, and improve overall service.

Complete Scam

Steer clear of this organization. When I first enrolled to become an electrician, I was told that some people finish their courses in 3-5 years. I was making good progress until I was suddenly locked out of my account. When I called, I learned that you must complete it within three years. My request for an extension was denied without explanation, despite having completed 21 out of 36 modules and passing one practical week with excellent results. Their assignment marking process ensures that no one finishes in three years, especially if you have other commitments. I refuse to give up and will pursue another course locally, but I feel I've wasted both time and money. Had I read reviews beforehand, I would have avoided this provider. It's very disappointing.

Fraud Alert

This is a fraud. DO NOT engage with them. Their customer service is unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and avoid this organization. Before they get your money, they seem great, but afterward, you'll regret it like I do. I feel scammed out of £5000.

Avoid This Course

DO NOT proceed with this course. A salesperson came to my home and sold me an incredible course, claiming there was no time limit and that it would only involve weekend workshops. I can't believe I fell for it, but they target young people looking to improve their lives through trade. If this is what you want, go to a local college instead. As I progressed, I noticed incorrect information in the materials, from spelling errors to wrong answers. It took them over five days to grade a simple 10-question exam, hindering my progress. Then, I discovered that if you exceed three years, you have to pay more money. This wasn’t disclosed upfront. I also found out that the weekend-only course is just for level 2, and level 3 requires full-time attendance during the week. This is the opposite of what I was sold. Their customer service only recites terms and conditions. There are no morals here; it's a complete scam.

Don't Be Deceived

I signed up with this organization in 2021, lured in by their overly impressive sales pitch, and I regret it deeply. I should be nearing qualification by now, but I've only managed to complete the pre-training test, which seems designed for failure. Even those with higher intelligence struggled. The more I investigate, the clearer it becomes that this is a middleman scam. I wish I knew how to escape this situation.

Feeling Stuck

I'm feeling stuck as well. The materials provided don’t even contain relevant learning content for electricians. The questions seem like they come from primary school. I don’t see myself completing the course. What a waste of time, and now I can't even log in.
