Review Time
I sent my Tag watch off for a battery replacement as the watch wasn't working. They sent me a secure case and return packaging in the post at no cost to myself. From recieving the packaging to send it in, it was fixed and back in my possession within a week. They even sent me a personalised email to ask how everything was afterwards which is a touch of class. Would definitely recommend them.
I sent a gold watch for servicing and paid in full. Unfortunately, the repair was not completed in a timely manner, and there were prolonged periods with little information about the status. After numerous written requests (including recorded delivery letters), the company eventually confirmed via email that they still have my watch, that the repair was not performed as promised, and that there had been internal changes within the organization. While the staff have been courteous in their replies, the overall experience has been quite frustrating due to delays, insufficient proactive communication, and the necessity for repeated follow-ups just to find out the status and return of my property. I would recommend that anyone considering this service ensure that expectations regarding timelines and communication are clearly established beforehand.
The battery replacement was done promptly and at a reasonable cost. The turnaround time was swift, and the communication was transparent throughout the process. The handling of postage and packaging was superb, offering peace of mind. I strongly recommend their service and am already thinking about having another watch serviced.
CAUTION - this is a deceptive company. They go into administration every November, change their name, and sell to another fraudulent entity while still continuing operations. They lost my significant investment and did nothing to rectify the situation. I had to take legal action, won the judgment, but when I sought enforcement, they had just entered administration again. A group of thieves. They appall me. I only wish they would be held accountable. This type of business should not be permitted to operate.
I have utilized their services three times over the past few years. The main factors contributing to my 5-star rating are 1) quick service 2) clear communication throughout the entire process 3) high quality 4) strong security. They consistently surpass my expectations. I feel completely confident knowing that once I send my watch, it is secure and fully insured. I would strongly recommend anyone to use their services.
The email updates I received were generic and didn’t accurately reflect the status of my watch repair. Although I got an email stating that all parts had arrived, it took over two months for my watch to reach a watchmaker. When the work was done, I requested a delay in shipping since I was on holiday. Despite assurances that delivery would be postponed until a specific date, the watch was still sent immediately.
I encourage you to review recent feedback before sending your watch here. My experience has been one of the most distressing service interactions I've faced. Despite their polished online presence, my experience highlighted that the positives ended there. I regret not exploring authentic customer feedback earlier. There appear to be two businesses with similar names—one for repairs and another as a holding company. The repair service reportedly went into administration, yet they continued to accept watches for servicing. If I had known this, I would have reconsidered. I’m sharing this to assist others in making informed choices. I highly recommend checking multiple independent reviews, as I've learned I'm not the only one facing these challenges.
I strongly recommend reviewing recent feedback before sending your watch to this service. My personal experience has been one of the most challenging interactions I've ever faced. They present a polished front online, with a professional website and a credible address, but that’s where the positives ended for me. I wish I had investigated more into genuine customer feedback beforehand. It seems there are two entities operating under similar names—one for repairs and another as a holding company. The repair service reportedly went into administration, yet they continued to accept watches for servicing. Had I known this, I would have chosen differently. I’m sharing this experience to help others make informed decisions. Please consider checking multiple independent reviews, as I now realize I'm not alone in encountering issues.
