If I could rate this service lower, I definitely would. I refinanced and this was the company that took me on. They literally reduced my payment by just $20. Their customer service is non-existent; they never answer calls. I missed deadlines because of their lack of communication, and there are no nearby branches. I eventually gave up my car and declared bankruptcy, yet they continued to report late payments long after I closed the account. They are still marking my account late as I attempt to rectify the situation. My bankruptcy has been closed for almost two years now. I strongly dislike this company. They did nothing to assist me. PLEASE STAY AWAY.
